Luxe Detail Garage exists for one simple reason: your vehicle deserves better than a rushed wash and a five-minute vacuum. So we built the business around doing the job right, not the fastest job on the block.
Here's how it actually works. You book online, by phone, or by text. We show up at your home or workplace with a fully equipped mobile setup — you just need water and power ready to go. From there, it's professional-grade products, careful technique, and enough time on your vehicle to get it right the first time.
Quality over speed isn't a slogan for us — it's why we don't rush. A real detail takes hours, not minutes, because that's what it actually takes to do it properly. We'd rather take the time than move fast and leave streaks, missed spots, or half-finished work behind.

What we need from you.
A few things to have ready so your appointment starts on time and goes smoothly.
- Access to water at the service location
- Access to electricity (a standard outlet)
- Enough space around the vehicle to work safely
- Vehicle accessible at the scheduled appointment time
- Personal belongings removed beforehand, whenever possible
Mobile service is performed at your home or workplace. If water, power, or vehicle access isn't available at the scheduled time, we may need to reschedule — this helps us guarantee the quality of every job. We also reserve the right to reschedule for severe weather.

We always strive for the best possible results using professional-grade products and safe techniques. That said, we won't promise what isn't realistically achievable.
Depending on your vehicle's condition, age, and prior wear, we cannot guarantee:
- Every stain fully removed
- Every odor completely eliminated
- Permanent discoloration or oxidation fully restored
- Deep scratches or paint defects removed
- Torn leather or upholstery repaired
- Burn marks removed
We'll always be upfront with you about what to expect before we start — no "100% restoration" promises when it isn't realistically achievable.

Vehicle Care
We treat every vehicle with the highest level of care. Please remove valuables before your appointment and disclose any existing damage beforehand.
Pricing & Additional Charges
Pricing may vary by vehicle size and condition. Excessively dirty vehicles, heavy pet hair, biohazards, mold, or heavy contamination may require additional time and cost — we'll always confirm and get your approval before doing extra work. No hidden fees, ever.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Frequent late cancellations or no-shows may affect future appointment availability.
Payment
We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards. Ask us about additional payment options when you book.
